2023 Scott Bovard was named one of Apex First Look’s All Stars at the premier showcase held in Maryland, June 6, 2021. “Bovard was a walking highlight Reel…plays light on his feed and has some strong shake in his game…Change of direction and change of speed dodges made him a lethal force on the low wing as he took over the All Star game that was stacked with talent.”
Bovard started with Denver East Varsity as a Freshman in 2020 but had his initial season cut short by COVID. During regular season his Sophomore year, Bovard (#42) had the second highest points on the team, including the game winning goal against perennial rival Kent Denver.
New this year ,the showcase featured some of the nation’s top 2023 talent, and had over 30 NCAA college recruitment teams in attendance.
