Four Denver East Angels were on the Championship winning team for the 23/24 division of the Legends Best of the West Lacrosse Classic held in Arizona, March 6-7, 2021. Sam Morgan (’24), Joe Lord (’24), Wade Jahnke (’24), and Fyn Walker (’24) helped power their Denver based team, Butta Dawgs, to a 4-1-0 record, beating Fog City in the finals to secure the win.

Legends Lacrosse was founded in 2016 by Scott Hochstadt and Rory Doucette, two influential figures who have grown the sport of lacrosse on the west coast immensely over the last 15 years, the experience and knowledge gained provides for a nation wide network of events and clubs to work with.
